We offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and units for rent in Iowa City and North Liberty. Many of our properties are pet-friendly and located in convenient, desirable areas, including near the University of Iowa Hospital, Downtown Iowa City and the peaceful Longfellow neighborhood for a more residential setting.
Many of our units are recently renovated with updated appliances, new flooring, and light fixtures. We strive to care for our buildings in order to make them more comfortable, beautiful, and environmentally-friendly year after year.

What are your business hours?
We are available by phone or email Monday-Friday from 8AM-3PM. However, if you would like to meet with us in person we kindly ask you to schedule an appointment.
How do I pay my rent?
Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Please submit a maintenance request through the online portal.
From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
