M68 Apartments takes great pride in providing a safe, clean, and comfortable housing experience. We are a local, family-owned company, guided by our core values to do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly. Iowa City is where our team members live, work, and relax, making our residents not just tenants, but fellow community members and neighbors. We offer studio apartments, 1 bedroom apartments, and 2 bedroom apartments for rent in Iowa City. Many of our properties offer pet-friendly apartments. We offer apartments near University of Iowa Hospital, student housing near downtown Iowa City, as well as quiet residential housing in the Longfellow neighborhood.


Many of our apartments are recently renovated with updated appliances, new flooring, and light fixtures. We strive to care for our buildings in order to make them more comfortable, beautiful, and environmentally-friendly year after year.

  • What are your business hours?

    We are available by phone or email Monday-Friday from 8AM-3PM. However, if you would like to meet with us in person we kindly ask you to schedule an appointment.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
